Clifton Hall is a Texas native who comes from the small town of Wink, TX. He moved to Asheville in April of 2015 with the idea of building an improv community in the city he now calls home. He is a graduate of the improv program at Dallas Comedy House where he coached, taught and performed for over 6 years. He has performed in The Chicago Improv Festival, The Dallas Comedy Festival, The Oklahoma Improv Festival, The Megaphone Marathons and the Del Close Improv Marathon.
He has been fortunate enough to study and take workshops from and with some of the most talented improvisors in the country. He was a member of the Dallas Comedy House’s first Harold troupe F.I.A.D. He was also a founding member of the movie inspired sketch/improv troupe Atlantic Pacific Billy and performed a two man show with Kyle Austin called Clearance Shelf and a two person show with his wife Dana Hall called H.O.A. He currently performs in Asheville with The Cardigan Club and H.O.A. Along with improv, Clifton also does stand up comedy any chance he gets.
